1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Steal An Egg Companion (the “Service”), or by creating an account, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the “Terms”). If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of the Service

Steal An Egg Companion is an unofficial, fan-made companion website for the Roblox game “Steal An Egg.” The Service provides game data (pets, eggs, biomes, mutations, weapons, items, gamepasses, updates, events, codes, guides and blog posts), interactive calculators and comparators (pet income, egg value, pet comparator, egg comparator, speed, progression planner, next-step), and free / paid account features (bookmarks, watchlist, saved builds, saved comparisons, calculation history, notifications, alerts, sharing and a Premium subscription).

3. Account Registration and Eligibility

Some features (bookmarks, watchlist, saved builds, saved comparisons, calculation history, alerts, notifications and Premium) require a free account. To create an account you must:

• Provide a valid email address and a password, or sign in with Google or GitHub OAuth.
• Be at least 13 years old (see our Privacy Policy — Children’s Privacy).
• Provide accurate information and keep your email address up to date.

You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials confidential. Notify us immediately at support@stealaneggcompanion.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Plans, Subscriptions and Billing (Premium)

Premium is an optional paid subscription billed monthly or yearly through our payment processor (Waffo). Premium unlocks unlimited saves across bookmarks, watchlist, saved builds, saved comparisons and playbooks; unlimited calculation history retention (free is limited to 90 days); CSV / JSON export of your saved data; an ad-free reading experience; and a 24-hour lead time on game-update and game-event notifications.

Subscription management — viewing your plan, renewal date, and cancellation — is available in Billing inside your account. Cancellation stops the next automatic renewal; access remains active until the end of the paid period.

Payment-card data is handled directly by our payment processor and is never stored on our servers. We do not have access to your full card number, CVV, or bank credentials.

5. Acceptable Use

When using the Service you agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or Roblox’s terms.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, its database, its APIs, or any related systems.
• Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service, or bypass any security measure.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or place an unreasonable load on the Service (including by scraping, crawling, rate-abusing, or running automated tools against it without our written permission).
• Reproduce, republish, mirror, or commercially resell any substantial portion of the Service’s content without our written permission.
• Use the Service to harass, defame, or harm other users, or to upload content that is illegal, infringing, or harmful.
• Misrepresent your identity or impersonate any person or entity.
• Circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with ad-serving on free accounts (for example by manipulating impressions / clicks, or by providing false consent signals).

6. User Content and Shared Links

If you share a build, comparison, or other entity view via the Service’s share button, the resulting public URL may be opened by anyone who has the link. Do not share anything you would not be comfortable publishing. Sharing activity is logged for fraud-prevention (free accounts) and analytics.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service — including its design, code, copy, calculators, original graphics, and curated data layouts — is owned by Steal An Egg Companion and is protected by copyright and other applicable laws.

Game content (pet names, egg names, biome names, rarity labels, mechanics descriptions, and in-game item artwork) is the property of its respective owners and is used here under nominative fair use for identification and commentary purposes. See our Disclaimer.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT THE GAME DATA, NUMBERS, OR CALCULATIONS PRESENTED WILL BE ACCURATE OR COMPLETE AT ALL TIMES. GAME INFORMATION MAY BE OUT OF DATE OR CONTAIN ERRORS; VERIFY CRITICAL INFORMATION INDEPENDENTLY.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, STEAL AN EGG COMPANION AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SERVICE. WHERE LIABILITY CANNOT BE EXCLUDED, IT IS CAPPED AT THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR PREMIUM IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT, OR (B) USD $50.

10. User Violations and Consequences

If we reasonably believe that you have violated these Terms, engaged in unlawful activity, or otherwise misused the Service, we may take any of the following actions, at our sole discretion and without prior notice:

• Warning. Send you a written notice describing the offending behavior and asking you to stop.
• Feature limitation. Temporarily limit specific features on your account — for example, disallow new bookmarks, watchlist entries, saves, or shares — while a review is pending.
• Suspension. Temporarily suspend your account so that sign-in is blocked while we investigate.
• Termination. Permanently terminate your account. Account termination removes your access to the Service and results in deletion of associated personal data (bookmarks, saved builds, saved comparisons, watchlist entries, calculation history, alerts and notifications) in accordance with the Data Rights section of our Privacy Policy. Premium subscriptions terminated for cause are not eligible for a refund of the unused portion.
• Content removal. Remove or edit content you submitted that violates these Terms or any applicable law (including shared-build / shared-comparison links).
• Rate-limiting. Throttle, block, or filter requests from your account, IP address, or bot signatures.
• Legal action. Take appropriate legal action, including reporting the matter to law-enforcement authorities where required.

Where reasonable and lawful, we will give you a chance to explain your conduct before a permanent termination takes effect. Severe abuse — for example, attempts to compromise the security of the Service, scrape the Service in violation of these Terms, or use the Service to harm other users — may result in immediate termination without prior notice.

11. Account Suspension and Termination by You

You may stop using the Service at any time. To request deletion of your account and the personal data we hold about you, see the Data Rights section of our Privacy Policy or email support@stealaneggcompanion.com from the address registered to your account.

If you have an active Premium subscription, you can cancel it at any time from Billing to stop the next automatic renewal. The provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including Intellectual Property, Disclaimer of Warranties, Limitation of Liability, and Contact — will survive any termination of your account.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the current version.

For material changes (for example, a new fee structure, a new data-collection category, or new enforcement powers) we will provide at least 14 days’ advance notice by posting a banner inside the Service and, for signed-in users, by email to the address on file. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree, you may stop using the Service and request account deletion.
